I have many questions, but I was wondering how you printed your work after you had used photoshop on some of your pieces. I imagine a stock standard printer would not suffice for such amazing work. Jo
I am always very particular about the quality of my printing and was proud to receive Gold in the Pride in Print Awards in 2013 . I on occasion have people commenting on the price of my prints, but I think a lot of the time they don't realise that many artists simply print from a home printer on paper from Office Works. I have been working with the same printer who is based in NZ since 2007, when moving to Melbourne I looked around at local options, but nothing compared to my dear printer Oliver, his eye for detail and spectacular service has me hooked! All of my prints are printed as Giclee prints, they are dot by dot a perfect duplicate of my digital file and are flawless without variation between each print. The inks are fade resistant and archival with a UV coating and printed on to Hahnemule 310GSM archival cotton based paper. Oliver works at Kinetic 121 in Wellington NZ, they unfortunately don't have an active website at this point, but he is happy to assist with any enquiries on oliver.zavala(at)nzpost.co.nz
