If you've been following me on Snapchat lately, you would have seen me playing around with a Mini Clubman, a fantastic little car that I wish I got to keep! A few months ago I was contacted by Ogilvy in Melbourne to assist them with the social media plan for a new project with Mini and their beautiful new release Clubman car. They soon asked me to also come on board as one of their Melbourne influencers and I was excited to receive the keys to a Clubman of my own for a week of adventure to be shared across Instagram.
At the moment I drive an old car, so at first I was pretty blown away by the technology in the Clubman, and how safe I felt. The centre dashboard includes a directory of local clubs and bars, and removes all requirements for Siri whilst driving thanks to included GPS and map features. My favourite novelty item was the Batman-esque Mini logo (above) that projected on the ground when you unlocked the door at night, silly I know, but so fun!
I loved my time driving around with the Clubman, taking Billie for adventures (covering it in fur) and testing out all the new features. The small details and finishing inside are so well considered, that as a creative who is all about details I couldn't help but be impressed!
